The technician is the base support unit of the Survivors. The technician can be sent into any damaged building and repair it back to full HP.[1]

These little wizards can fix just about anything. Send them into any friendly building or tower and they’ll set to work getting it back to full power... Note also that these guys are unarmed—protect them!
